A Brand with History

GARCIS is a brand with history, founded in Mexico City in 1961 by Mr. David GarcíaRodríguez, with a handmade production of soccer shoes. In the 60's and 70's began to be known in footballand to manufacture balls that also acquired a lot of acceptance. In the 70’s and 80’s the company diversified into the sports environment and created a line of products for the sport, adding to soccer shoes and balls, uniforms, sportswear, suitcases and other accessories.
In the 80's and 90's the brand jumped nationwide as an official sponsor of uniforms or footballs such as: Pumas, Chivas, América, Atlante, Tigres, Toluca, Cruz Azul, León, Celaya, Querétaro, Puebla, to mention Some.
In 1985, the central shoe factory was opened in the Bajíoshoe region. GARCIS is the official ball of the Mexican Soccer Federation.
In 1999 a great achievement for the brand is given, by officially dressing the Mexican National Soccer Team, which wins the FIFA Confederations Cup against the Brazilian National Team of Ronaldo and Ronaldinho.
From 2000 to 2010, sponsorships of soccer uniforms continue with teams such as: Atlante, León, Veracruz, Irapuato, Chiapas, to name a few. Our main market is amateur football, however we have been suppliers of several teams of the First Division of Mexico during the seventies, eighties and nineties. The first club that wore Garcis clothing was the UNAM Pumas in the early eighties, later we managed to be the official brand of clubs such as Guadalajara and UANL Tigers. The club that we have dressed the most with our brand has been the AtlanteFC, from 1987 to 2008 and in 2012.
We were also the official distributor of Mexican League balls in the mid-1990s.
Our greatest commercial achievement has been to be the official suppliers of the Mexican soccer team in 1999, during the Confederations Cup.
Individually we still sponsor the footwear of several Mexican League players, even in 2013 we were the official shoe of the entire arbitration force of that circuit.
